If you are needing assistance, please view some of the most frequently asked questions below. If you do not find the answer you're looking for, please contact the appropriate contact from the list below the FAQs.

How Prebooked Parking Works

Q: How does Prebooked Parking Online work?  How do I book parking online?
  • Visit znrt.airllevant.com/park.
  • Enter your information as prompted (e.g., departure date/time, return date/time, airline, and promo code). Depending on your search dates, parking products on sale will display.
  • Choose the product that you would like to purchase and follow the prompts. You will need your license plate number in order to complete your purchase.
  • Follow FAQ instructions on the website for details on how to enter and exit the airport using your TollTag or generated QR code. Video instructions are also available.
Q. When should I set my prebooked parking reservation times to enter and exit?

We recommend you set your Prebooked Parking Online reservation for at least 3 hours prior to your originating flight and 2 hours after your return flight. This will give you flexibility to arrive early, or potentially plan for delayed/cancelled flights or unusual weather.

Q. I prebooked online; do I have to specify what Terminal I am flying out of? Is there a special area I should park in and is my spot reserved?
  • Please note for Terminal, Express Covered, Express Uncovered and Remote, you will not be assigned a specific parking space, but one will be available to you.

  • If you prebooked Terminal parking and purchased a Terminal product that is specified to a particular Terminal, you must park in the specified Terminal garage, in any long-term space. If you prebooked for Terminal and purchased a generic Terminal product, without any mention of a specific terminal, you can park in any available long-term parking spot within all five (5) Terminal garages.

  • When you prebook for Remote South, Express Covered or Express Uncovered, you must park in the parking product specified.

Q. Once I have arrived at the airport, can I leave and then come back on the same reservation?

No, you are not able to leave and return on the same reservation.

Once you have entered through the toll gates, your reservation will be marked as completed after you exit, and re-entering the airport afterwards will result in being charged the drive-up rate for the lot you parked in.

Q. How far in advance can I prebook parking?

You may prebook parking up to ten (10) months in advance of your planned arrival date at the airport.

Q. Can I have multiple upcoming reservations for the same car?

Yes, you may book multiple reservations for your future trips with the same car.

Q. What is the minimum length of stay required to prebook parking?

Your parking itinerary must be for six (6) hours or greater.

Q. What is the maximum length of stay for prebooked parking?

The maximum parking stay is thirty (30) days.

Q. Do you have an additional question which was not found here?

You can contact our customer service center Monday‐Friday 8:00A.M‐4:15 P.M. at +1-972-973-3112.

Q. Can I drive a vehicle different from the reservation?

Modifications to your reservation, such as your license plate, must be made at least 1 hour prior to your booking arrival time through the "Find My Prebooked Parking" feature on the DFW Airport Prebooked Parking site. This change can be made with no additional fee. Arriving in a vehicle different from the reservation will result in a charge at the posted parking rate.

Q: How do I extend my stay?

You can only extend your stay for a trip that is already in progress. If you have an account, log in to your MyDFW account and navigate to “Parking Bookings” to view your reservations. Click on the active booking you would like to extend and then click “Extend Booking”. If you do not have a DFW account, you can click here to extend your booking.

Q. *Need assistance in making a prebooked parking reservation or modifying the dates of an existing reservation?

*The customer service center is unable to assist with these requests due to Payment Card Industry and Personal Identifiable Information compliance.

To cancel or modify a reservation, go to "Find My Prebooked Parking" or click here. You will need the confirmation number from your payment confirmation email and the email address you provided during the payment process in order to access this file.

To create a reservation, please visit the Prebooked Parking page or the DFW Airport app.

Q: Can I shorten my stay?

Yes. You can shorten your stay up to one (1) hour before booked entry time.

Q: If I extend my stay and the price is reduced, what will happen?

If you are extending the length of your stay, and the new exit date/time results in a lower price, then a refund will be issued for the difference.

Q: I don’t see an option to extend my stay. Does that mean I can’t extend my trip?

A: The “Extend Booking” button will only appear after your scheduled arrival and before your scheduled exit.

Q: If I have already exited the parking facility, can I still adjust my desired exit date/time?

A: No. Trips can only be extended before the date/time of your scheduled exit.

Q: If I haven't created a member profile, can I still extend my stay?

A: Yes. Search for your reservation using the “Find My Prebooked Parking” feature and enter the email used for your reservation and the Reservation Ref or Reservation ID. As long as your trip has already started, you will see an option to extend your stay.

Q: I am needing to come in earlier than my parking reservation starts, what should I do?

We recommend you modify your booking online if you anticipate your airport arrival time changing.

Q: I prebooked a specific terminal; can I park in another terminal?

No, please park in the terminal that is specified in the reservation. Parking in another terminal will subject you to incur additional fees. You can access all terminals through Terminal Link shuttles or Skylink. Terminal Link shuttles are designated on the curbside and Skylink can be accessed once through security.
